Ask Mexicans to go home or be used as prison labor to build and repair the fence between the USA and third world Mexico. Their labor should also be used for environmental projects. States should them as shovel teams to reduced soil erosion into lakes and rivers. They would then be deport to Mexico after serving their sentence for illegal entry into the USA and crimes against humanity. It is a crime against humanity to take advantage of the kindness of the a country (USA).

In 2008 is not a requirement to "become an American" to legally immigrate to the USA.
